This form is to be used to get a membership form from the Air Force Gunners Association (AFGA)

Currently the association is approximately 1,300 strong.    To join, simply fill out the form, then submit and you will receive and application and cover letter in the mail in approximately 10 days.   Currently there is 10 board members that runs the organization. 

The annual dues are $15 per year, or $100 for lifetime membership.   You will receive a name tag, bulldog coin, our magazines three times per year, and be invited to our bi-annual gathering, the next one is in Spokane, WA.  

The only prerequisite is to have an AFSC (job code) that you were an aerial gunner on a bomber type aircraft or simply click here to see a printable version of the form.
